1!> How do you feel about the current state of hip-hop and the music industry in general?
I feel like hip-hop right now is being portrayed wrong commercially. The underground, independent scene is really where it's at right now..if you want great music now, you have to turn to the blogs instead of traditional media outlets.

6!> What beliefs do you hold onto that motivate you to do what you do?
I believe in creative & artistic control, as far as the artist making organic songs as opposed to catering to a specific audience when writing. Therefore, all my songs are inspirations from different aspects of my life at the moment.

My mother believe it or not. She's realll supportive, ever since Day 1. When I was in high school, and I had my first NY performance..she made this coming home poster for me and put it right in the living room.."Congratulations Cayan..on your NYC debut". I still have that to this day.
10!> What do you think do you think about the divorce rate being at %50 percent and what do you think could change this?
I think people need to reevaluate relationships instead of rushing into love or whatever the situation may be. Personally, I can't see myself ever getting married in the first place.
