1!>How do you feel about the current state of hip-hop and the music industry in general?


I feel good about the current state of hiphop. I feel that artists are taking more responsibility when it comes to their careers and not running to labels to get signed because artists are starting to realize how they hand you a stack of cash, blindfold you, and watch you walk into brick walls. I like that artists are taking a more independent approach to create music. A lot of the up and coming indy artists are refreshing to listen to because they don't have big brother stand over their shoulder with statistics about how sex sells; you can hear the love in their voice.

2!>What do you think of when you hear the words "Record Deal"

Be patient.

9!>What do you feel about the influence the entertainment industry has on children and adults alike?

The entertainment industry has a HUGE affect on children and adults. The entertainment industry dictates slang, fashion, social norms, whats cool and whats not. People use the entertainment industry as their moral compass. Ask anyone who has ever been incarcerated for more than a year.

There are not many other ways to observe change than to be engulfed in the media. The media teaches human behaviors and that is it why i feel these people who are paid millions to entertain should be held accountable for the messages that they create and perpetuate.

12!>Do you believe that college or higher education necessary to be successful?

While I do not believe that college or higher education is a direct correlation to financial success, I do believe that it eases the journey to that place of financial stability. An example I'd like to use is that to get to Dayton, Ohio to Cleveland, Ohio by car takes roughly 3 hours, while by place it takes an hour at the very most. It is possible to get to Cleveland by car, the plane is a more desirable option, and if you forfeit that option, you prolong the journey a bit. However, you still must finish the journey either way.

13!>What is your definition of SUCCESS?


My definition of success right now is being able to do the things I love for money. So many people feel that task is too hard so they never try and then they die with unfulfilled wishes. For this reason I live by the quote " I hope you live before you die!" Before I die I will leave no stone unturned and no land unexplored!
