If you've been on Facebook or watched a television lately, you've probably heard of the White Seasame Street writer that created a video for his adopted African daughter. Joey Mazzariono, head writer at Sesame Street, created the segment for the show for his adopted daughter Segi from Ethiopia. Segi, as many young black girls questioned why her hair wasn't long and blonde, like Barbie's. Mazzariono made the video in order to give her and other African (American) girls the reassurance that their hair is fine the way it is. :>)

If you have been ANYWHERE near Twitter, then you have definitely heard about Willow Smith (Roc Nation signee and Will Smith's daughter) and her song "Whip My Hair". I must admit that the song is MIGHTY catchy for a 9 year old. WELL someone decided to do a mash up and put the two of them together! Check out the mash up, and both of the originals. I think it's too cute...
